1. General Information

B&E Travel offers a variety of products and services (hereinafter referred to as “the journey”), each of which is characterized by specific details that are outlined in the information provided to the traveler. It is important to review these details carefully before making any reservation in order to assess whether the journey is suitable for you. This information includes physical and health requirements, which must be met to fully participate in the journey.

Should you have any doubts, B&E Travel is available to offer advice on the best journey to suit your needs.

Unless prior consent is obtained from B&E Travel, all journeys will be accompanied by at least one local guide, proficient in the region, its culture, and its people.

For minors, it is generally required that they hold their own travel documents (passport). In any case, minors remain under the responsibility of their legal guardians throughout the entire journey, regardless of the activities undertaken. B&E Travel and/or its guides will not be held liable for any lack of supervision by the parental authority or their representatives.

2. Types of Travel

  • Cultural Journey: This type of trip allows travelers to explore the cultural heritage of the visited destination(s), learning about the history, traditions, and lifestyle of its people. The journey may focus on specific themes such as history, religion, wildlife, folklore, or a blend of them. The tours involve walks that are generally accessible to all.

  • Discovery Journey: Combining culture, history, and personal interaction, the discovery trip invites travelers to gain new perspectives and see the world in a fresh light. It’s about discovering something different and deepening the connection with the environment.

  • Family Journey: Tailored for families with members of all ages, this trip offers shared experiences, enjoyment, learning, and bonding. The itinerary is designed to accommodate the needs of families, ensuring that everyone, including children, can enjoy the journey.

  • Surprise Journey: Designed with a unique and unconventional itinerary, this trip will remain a mystery to the traveler until the day of departure. The destination and activities are kept secret until the traveler arrives.

  • Tailor-Made Journey: This is a fully customized trip where the traveler has the freedom to decide the details, from destinations to activities. B&E Travel will collaborate with the traveler to create a journey that fits their desires and expectations.

  • Free Journey: The traveler maintains full control over departure dates and follows a pre-planned route without the need for logistical support. This option allows for more flexibility but is not guided.

  • Combined Journey: A mix of cultural, nature, relaxation, and sports activities, the combined journey is designed to provide a variety of experiences for the traveler.

  • Trekking: A challenging journey involving long walks through difficult terrain. Trekking usually takes travelers away from well-trodden paths and requires physical endurance.

  • Hiking: A walk of varying lengths through nature, typically easier than trekking, with regular stops to enjoy scenic views and local features.

  • Walking Tour: Shorter walks for the purpose of discovering urban or rural places. These walks are accessible to everyone and usually involve easy, well-maintained paths.

  • Mountain Climbing: A physically demanding journey to reach high points by climbing rocky peaks. It requires determination and stamina and offers rewarding views and sensations.

  • Winter Sports: Snow-related activities such as snowshoeing or skiing, offering a chance to explore snowy landscapes in a completely different environment.

  • Fly & Drive: A journey where the traveler books their flight independently, rents a vehicle upon arrival, and enjoys the freedom to explore the destination with or without a planned route.

  • Co-Traveling: This option allows individuals to connect via social media or other platforms to share a journey together, fostering new friendships and communal travel experiences.

3. Travel Documents

A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity remaining) is recommended. For EU citizens, a valid national identity card (CNI) may be sufficient for travel within the European Union, provided it has a minimum of 6 months’ validity.

For trips that involve border crossings outside official checkpoints (e.g., trekking or multi-country hikes), a passport is mandatory for all participants. A copy of each participant’s passport will be requested at least one month before departure to obtain necessary border crossing permissions. These authorizations may take time to process, and it is essential to comply with these requirements to avoid delays or penalties.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their travel documents are valid and in hand throughout the journey. If a traveler is unable to participate due to non-compliance with documentation requirements, no reimbursement will be given.

4. Health and Safety Risks

Before departure, travelers must consult the relevant travel advisories published by their government or embassy regarding health risks and safety conditions in the destination country.

It is important to also check the health risks and vaccination requirements provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the embassy of the destination country.

5. Registration & Confirmation

After making a request, B&E Travel will confirm the customer’s registration for the journey via email or letter. If the registration cannot be confirmed for any reason, a cancellation or alternative proposal will be sent to the customer.

Registrations must be made with the full names of travelers as they appear on their travel documents.

B&E Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservations if payment is not received by the specified deadline.
